For 3 years now the Edelweiss Inn (in conjunction with the Redfield Knights of Columbus) has been hosting a Valentine's Dinner.

This year it will actually be on February 14.

Social/appetizers at 6 pm and dinner to be served at 6:30 pm.

Redfield was the first place in South Dakota to successfully introduce the Chinese Pheasant. From Spink County, pheasant hunting grew throughout the state. Hunters still flock to Redfield to bag their limit.
